Philip Temple
Phil was a founding player and committee member of Dubai Dingoes Sports Club back in the summer of 2006. He has seen the club grown from a bunch of friends having a kick around in Safa Park to its success today as the premier Australian sports and social club in Dubai. Phil has lived in Dubai for the past 10 years and for 3 years in Abu Dhabi back in the 90’s.
Zac Donev
Zac joined Dubai Dingoes in 2007 after seeing the team at the pre-season exhibition match between Collingwood and Adelaide in Dubai. He was Captain of the Dubai Dingoes in 2008 and awarded Clubman of the Year at the 2008 annual awards dinner. Zac has previously played AFL in both Sydney and his home town of Melbourne.
Matthew Macfarlane
Matt has been a playing member of The Dingoes since 2007 and joined after the AFL pre-season exhibition match between Collingwood and Adelaide in Dubai. Playing for the Dingoes in his 3rd season this year, he has also participated in the 07 and 08 Dubai 9’s tournaments, The rugby 7’s 08, Gaelic rules 08 and Bali 9’s Masters 08and 09. Matt is part of the coaching Team this year and looking forward to the challenge.

Mick Patton
Mick has recently returned to Melbourne after spending the last year coaching Dubai Dingoes. We thank him for his enormous contribution to the club which could not have got to where it is today without his ongoing help and commitment.
Steve Nugent
Steve has also recently moved to Australia from Dubai where he made a huge contribution to the club through his marketing efforts. His marketing skills have helped us to substantially grow our club and the profile of AFL in the Middle East. This is an especially impressive contribution since Steve is our resident Irish expat!
